Trusted to Deliver · Made to Last

One platform. One standard. Trust earned.

Tex operates a multi-country manufacturing platform, yarn to your distribution centre under one operating model. Production in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and India, fabric sourcing in China, design and sales in London and Paris, HQ in Mauritius. More than forty years, three production countries, seven product categories, a 98% OTIF target and 95% production adherence.

What we make and how we hold ourselves accountable are one promise, every claim measured, documented and independently verified across quality, ethical trade, compliance, traceability, sustainable materials and environmental responsibility, each owned end-to-end.

Capacity flex means no single-country exposure and one accountable point of contact, not a chain of hand-offs. Below: the disciplines that hold us to standard, the certifications we hold, and the flow that takes product from yarn to your DC.

How We Hold Standard

Six disciplines, audited end-to-end.

01

Quality & Technical Assurance

Right first time, every time. Our own labs and technical teams own fit consistency, bulk-representative testing and final AQL on every shipment, so the sample you approve is the product that ships. We run technical capability audits, engineer out sharps and safety risks, and build durability in from the first 3D prototype.

02

Ethical Trade

Non-negotiable. Every site is approved, audited and monitored, with full access for you and your auditors. We declare our supply chain in full, including every sub-processing unit, and hold zero tolerance on unauthorised sub-contracting. Risk-based due diligence, a live grievance mechanism and forced-labour and human-rights controls sit behind every order, meeting or exceeding your Code of Conduct.

03

Product Compliance & Safety

Safe, legal, fully compliant. Every product meets the regulations of the market it sells in, GPSR and beyond, with chemical compliance non-negotiable and MRSL conformance across the base. Continuous risk assessment runs from raw material to finished garment, fully documented.

04

Traceability & Data

Full end-to-end visibility. Our supply chain is mapped on TrusTrace, with chain-of-custody and documentation at every tier and forensic origin verification where it's required. We're built for what's coming, from ESPR and the Digital Product Passport to EUDR and UFLPA, with accurate, timely data flowing through our PLM and quality systems, ready for your reporting and scorecards.

05

Sustainable Materials & Innovation

Better materials, by design. Certified organic and recycled fibres with full chain of custody (GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS), and a growing palette of lower-impact and next-generation materials. We invest early in circularity, Digital Product Passports and the data behind every claim, because our customers' sustainability targets are ours too.

06

Environmental Responsibility

Measured, not claimed. Carbon reduction on a 1.5°C-aligned pathway, with performance captured through Higg and ZDHC. We manage water risk at site level, conform to MRSL and ZDHC wastewater guidelines, and take a circular approach to pre-industrial waste. Every claim backed by data you can audit.

Our Approach to Quality

Quality built in at every stage.

Our system runs from incoming material inspection through continuous in-process control to final AQL inspection and independent lab testing. Every defect is classified consistently and traced to root cause so it can't recur, and performance is tracked on hard metrics: Right First Time, first-pass rate, defects per hundred units and cost of poor quality. Prevention over detection; decisions based on data; continuous improvement.

01
Built in at every stage

Incoming materials, in-process and final AQL, not just end-of-line inspection.

02
Root cause, every time

Consistent defect classification and CAPA so issues don't come back.

03
Measured, not assumed

Tracked on Right First Time, first-pass rate, DHU and cost of poor quality.

04
Standards-aligned

Testing to recognised industry methods and standards.

Independently Certified

Standards held. Independently audited.

Our standards are not self-declared. Materials, sites and finished product are each verified by independent, recognised schemes, and the evidence is available to you and your auditors.

01

Ethical trade audit

Every production site is approved, audited and monitored against recognised ethical-trade standards, with full access for you and your own auditors. Risk-based due diligence, a live grievance mechanism and zero tolerance on unauthorised sub-contracting sit behind every order.

02

Materials & chain of custody

Certified organic and recycled fibre content, with chain-of-custody carried from fibre forward. So every material claim on a garment can be traced back and evidenced, not just asserted.

03

Product safety & compliance

Independent product-safety testing recognised across UK and European retail, with chemical compliance non-negotiable and MRSL conformance across the base. Every product meets the regulations of the market it sells in.

04

Traceability & reporting

Our supply chain is mapped tier by tier, with documentation held at every level and forensic origin verification where it is required, ready for your reporting, scorecards and audit requests.
