Who We Are
Tex International
Tex International is a global clothing supplier, privately held and independently run. That independence is deliberate: it lets us think in decades, invest ahead of demand, and build for where apparel supply is going rather than where it's been.
The last few years have been about capability: a global in-house design studio, digital product passports, and the traceability and compliance data built for the regulation coming down the line. Behind all of it are specialist teams (design, technical, merchandising, compliance and country), many of whom have built their careers here.

Our People
Tex is only as good as the people who run it: designers, technologists, merchandisers, compliance specialists and country teams across three continents. We invest in them for the long term, developing careers, promoting from within, and building a place people are proud to work and want to stay.

Structured training, mentoring and hands-on access to industry-leading tools, so our teams keep growing as the business does.
We promote from within wherever we can. Many of our specialists and managers built their careers here from the ground up.
Support for physical and mental health, because looking after our people is part of looking after the business.
Seven offices across three continents mean real opportunities to work across markets, teams and cultures.
Fair pay, long-service recognition and benefits that reward the people who make the difference.
We support the communities our people live and work in, close to where we operate.
